Dunke Afe is a leadership coach and facilitator who helps individuals, teams, and businesses find their spark and unlock their potential. With close to three decades of corporate experience across consumer goods, beauty, and financial services—from managing global teams across EMEA, Americas, and Asia to serving as a Non Executive Director on a number of FTSE Companies—she's navigated the messy realities of leadership firsthand.
